Booking Terms & Conditions
Glynn Bull Pen reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
All bookings are subject to the following terms & conditions and will be considered an effective contract upon first payment.
All bookings can be placed either through the secure website (www. Glynnbullpen.co.uk) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Availability seen at the time of sending the email by the Guest cannot be guaranteed as an alternative booking may take place in the meantime. The Guest placing the booking must be over 25 years of age on the checkin date. Upon booking, the full names, email addresses, telephone numbers and dates of birth of all the guests staying must be supplied to Glynn Bull Pen.
The Guest has the right to occupy a property for a holiday only (within the meaning of Schedule 1, para 9 of the Housing Act, 1988) for no more than 28 consecutive days at a single property.
All bookings commence at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and terminate at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early checkin or late check out can be arranged at the owner’s discretion.
If a booking is made 8 or more weeks before the start of the holiday a 25% deposit is required. If a booking is made less than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday the full payment is required.
Once a booking has been confirmed the full cost of the accommodation will become payable not less than 8 weeks before commencement of the holiday.
The Guest is liable for any loss and damage caused to the property and contents to the full value of the Owner’s loss. It is also a requirement of the conditions of booking that the property is left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the letting period. The Guest is required to settle any damage payment within seven days of being notified of the total amount.
Non-Availability of Property
In the event that a property becomes unavailable due to physical damage to the cottage, beyond the control of Glynn Bull Pen , i.e a burst water pipe or fire, we will inform you as soon as possible, offer alternative dates or refund.
Glynn Bull Pen cannot be held responsible for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience suffered by the hirer or any other person connected with the letting, or to personal belongings whilst in the property or the grounds of Glynn Bull Pen.
We strongly advise that should a coronavirus travel lock down prevent you from taking your holiday or prevent us from providing the holiday, we will either offer to move you to another time or provide you with a refund.
For any other cover that you require, we strongly advise that you have your own travel insurance in place.
If you cancel your holiday and we are able to re let the cottage for an equivalent value, we will refund you less a £50 admin fee.
On booking with us you agree that if you are unable, for any reason, to take up the reservation, the whole rent is payable.
We operate a non-smoking policy in our holiday let.
