Sat Nav generally finds our drive on PL30 4AU but here’s a few details to help:

 

Travelling from A30, you will leave A30 and head onto the A38 sign posted Liskeard. As you pick up the A38 you drive back over the A30 and then go straight over Turfdown Cross Roads (BODMIN RFC and Crematorium are both by the roundabout). The road continues through twisty bends and heads downhill, there is a crawler lane for the uphill section, as this extra lane ends you need to slow down as the turning approaches. There are two SLOW signs written on the road and you turn almost immediately after the second one at the lodge house with iron railings. It is a sharp left turn of almost 45 degrees back on yourself. Another thing to look out for is a RHS turning directly opposite the drive.

 

Heading from Plymouth on the A38, pass Bodmin Parkway Station and the timber yard. About 1/4 mile up the hill on the right you need to take the drive that runs right alongside the lodge house railings.

 

There is a sign on the wall saying Strictly Private, ignore that and head up the drive through the fields and past Glynn House, up through their car park, you should be able to see an open gate with a sign saying FARMER’S HOUSE and BULL PEN, proceed up the hill. You will then see your new home on the left and park by the white door.
